Separate cheques are required for each horse entering the horse trials (with horse's name on back) but should NOT include Stabling Fees. Please enclose separate 22cm x 11 cm (DL size) self seal SAE for each horse. Entries to the Aswanley Horse Trials received after TBC August will be accepted at £10 extra per entry, no exceptions.
Stabling is available at Huntly Mart (5 miles) at £TBC for straw. Please bring your own shavings. No stabling refunds. Limited local private stabling on first come first served basis. Send forms, cheques and SAE to The Stabling Manager:

Withdrawals: by 20:00 on TBC by Telephoning: 01738 880245 - only accepted between 18:00 - 20:00. Refund Policy as per Rule 2.20.
Aswanley Horse Trials starting fees are £10 which include a horse trials programme. The remainder of the fee goes towards the horse trials' medical expenses.
Prize money: Lower Limit. Best Novice: Andy Young Memorial Quaich; Best cross country round: Woolwich Building Society Trophy; Best BE 100 competitor: Aswanley Cup; Best BE 90: Snowball Cup; Best competitor under 21*: Lawson Trophy; Best Dressage: 'Clever Clogs' Bronze; Prize for highest placed rider over 40*; Highest placed rider living within 30 mile radius*: Aswanley Chalice *Please state on entry form if you are eligible as a veteran, under 21 or local BE100, BE90 & BE80(T) - prizes in kind.
