Separate cheques are required for each horse entering the horse trials (with horse’s name on back) but should NOT include Stabling Fees. Please enclose separate 22cm x 11 cm (DL size) self seal SAE for each horse. Entries to the Aswanley Horse Trials received after Wed 23rd August will be accepted at £10 extra , no exceptions.

Stabling is available at Huntly Mart (5 miles) at £30 for straw. Please bring your own shavings. No stabling refunds. Limited local private stabling on first come first served basis. Send forms, cheques and SAE to The Stabling Manager:

Withdrawals: by 29 August by Telephoning: 01738 880245. Telephone withdrawals will only be accepted between 1800 , 2000. Refund Policy: 100% refund before ballot date, 11th August. After Ballot date, a 50% refund until late entry surcharge date, 23rd August, will be given if your place can be filled, see rule 4.11. No refunds after late entry surcharge date, 23rd August.

Starting Times: are available on 31st August from 1800 and 2000 on 01738 880245. They are also available on www.bdwp.co.uk/asw/

They must be strictly adhered to in all 3 disciplines.

Aswanley Horse Trials starting fees are £15 (cash only) which include a horse trials programme. The remainder of the fee goes towards the horse trials’ medical expenses.
