We hire our venue to events companies who wish to run their own meetings and team building days. Aswanley is a flexible venue suitable for a variety of events, both indoor and outdoor.
The Fireplace room is the central space in the events venue. At one end is a large fireplace, at the other a contemporary oak bar. The furniture can be arranged to suit the size and needs of your event. For small intimate meetings, sofas and armchairs can surround the fire. For larger events, the venue has two additional rooms, the Dining room and Ballroom, which are ideal for talks and trade stands.
You may hire the Fireplace room only (capacity 40 seated), Fireplace room and Dining area (curtains closed) or the full venue (capacity 250 seated).
All of the options include:
- Hall, cloakroom and loos
- Catering kitchen and equipment – includes commercial washing machine, preparation tables, cooker & fridges
- Cutlery, crockery and glassware for up to 200 visitors
- Rectangular or round dining tables for up to 200 visitors
- Chiavari Chairs for up to 200 visitors
- WiFi (in Fireplace room only)
- An events manager can be provided on request
