The Aswanley steading is a spacious, flexible events venue for all different types of events - from meetings, to company 'away days' to entertaining guests as part of a team building outdoor event. On the edge of the Highlands, it is under an hour from Aberdeen, but feels a world away.
The fireplace room is the central space in the events venue. At one end is the enormous baronial fireplace, at the other a beautiful contemporary oak bar. The furniture can be arranged to suit the size and needs of your event - for a small intimate meeting, sofas and armchairs can surround the fire, in addition to a dining table for up to forty people. For a conference, the events venue has three separate areas, which provide limitless options for teambuilding activities and conference workshops.
The events venue includes a large hall, ladies and gents toilets. We also have a well-equipped catering kitchen, which includes cutlery, crockery and glassware for up to 150 people.
The grounds and events venue are available to hire for event management companies to stage their own events. Recent events have included a whisky tasting evening, corporate team building day, clay pigeon shooting competition (we have 15 Promatic state of the art automatic clay pigeon shooting traps) and a trade show as part of the Aswanley Horse Trials.
