Religious, humanist, civil ceremonies and partnerships can all be conducted at Aswanley.
Ceremonies can take place on the terrace outside the Victorian barn or in the Aswanley gardens. A popular place to be married is next to the magnificent old ash tree at the front of the house or under the ancient 17th Century stone arch. The ceremony can be followed by a champagne reception in the garden.
The fireplace room can host ceremonies of all denominations and can fit over 100 people. If you have a larger number of guests, the ballroom is ideal.
For those who would like a church service, St Andrews Glass is just down the road. It has stopped operating as a Church of Scotland parish church so you can use a celebrant of your choice and arrange the service as you wish. However, there is a fee involved in opening up the church.
There is also a Roman Catholic Church in Huntly, six miles away.
